iPhone 5 arriving today on regional US carriers and in 22 more countries
The iPhone 5 is finally on its way to America’s regional carriers today, a week after it made its worldwide debut. As PC World reports , the list of carriers offering the phone includes Cellcom, nTelos, Appalachian Wireless, C Spire, GCI, and Cricket. US Cellular, the country’s seventh-largest carrier, has never offered Apple’s devices. The 16GB model will be available from $149.99 ($50 less than at the major carriers) at Cellcom , nTelos , and Appalachian , with 32GB and 64GB upgrades for an extra $100 and $200, respectively. C Spire and GCI , on the other hand, are keeping quiet on pricing until the phone is in stores.
