Senator Al Franken grills FBI, Facebook, and others on facial recognition technology
Senator Al Franken, chairman of the Senate Subcommittee on Privacy, Technology and the Law, prodded witnesses today in a hearing on facial recognition technology, making pointed remarks about the potential of abuse by law enforcement officials and private corporations.
