Canon introduces D20 waterproof camera, Wi-Fi ELPH 530 and 320 with iOS transfer app
Continuing its barrage of compact camera announcements , Canon has revealed some new midrange PowerShot point-and-shoots. First up is the ultracompact ELPH series, which has gained two models with Wi-Fi support — these will launch alongside a new iOS app called Canon CameraWindow for quick wireless photo transfer. An Android app is expected to be available in May. The 0.78-inch thick ELPH 530 HS ($349.99, out April) features a boxy retro design reminiscent of the ELPH APS film cameras, and has a 12x optical zoom, a 10-megapixel CMOS sensor, and the same DIGIC 5 image processor we’ve seen in recent high-end compacts from the company such as the G12 and S100 .
